Can't find a part? Need a custom part?
We'll Make It For You!
We use High-Resolution 3D Printing to make
the metal, plastic or rubber parts you can't find anywhere else
AND at a fraction of the cost of traditional fabrication methods!
We specialize in replacement parts and decorative components for
vintage and custom:
Motorcycles, Cars, Bicycles, Antiques, Appliances, Models and so much more . . .
By utilizing the latest in 3D Modeling and High-Resolution 3D Printing, we can make the metal, plastic or rubber parts you just can't find anywhere! We can recreate the missing or broken parts that are hard to find, out of production, or just unique. We can also make new and custom parts to improve something you treasure. Whether you need one or one hundred, we have a solution for you.
Examples of the replacement parts we can do: - Broken mounting bracket on a car or motorcycle - Missing drawer handle on an vintage bureau - Cracked or missing tuning knob on a vintage radio - Broken hinge on an antique cabinet - Missing tuning peg on a classic guitar - Badly worn gear in an antique clock - A missing piece of hardware for vintage pepper grinder - A broken handle on an old but reliable tool - A match to a missing decorative emblem - And the list goes on . . . See the slideshow for a few examples of some replacement parts: |

We can also create CUSTOM upgrades
for existing parts and components
for a look that expresses your unique style!
One of the advantages of using 3D modeling to recreate broken or missing parts is that once it is modeled, we can easily modify the model to customize it to your tastes and desired look and feel.
For example: In the slideshow below you will see a broken lever that works the signal lights on a motorcycle. First we modeled and recreated it in 3D. We then created the replacement using two different 3D printers to make the metal lever and black plastic knob. Alternatively, once it has been modeled in 3D we can then modify it to suit your individual needs and tastes. In the example in the slideshow to the right, we replaced the black plastic knob with a metal skull. The options and variations on any item we model are limited only by your imagination. |

Why Choose Parts Revival?
The simple answer is:
We will beat any advertised or quoted price by 10% for custom, one-off, parts that we can make!
How can we be so bold?
We have extensive experience designing and engineering parts of all types, and use the efficiency of 3D Printing with the efficacy of traditional methods to bring you high-quality precision parts at a fraction of the cost of the rapid-prototyping houses, 3D Modeling & Printing services or traditional casting and machining services..
What about all the 3D Modeling and Printing services popping up?
These businesses and services are geared toward low impact, decorative consumer products that generally are not finished after printing. They also generally don't have the knowledge and experience producing precision parts that are intended and required to be functional and durable. They also don't have the resources to offer the number of materials and finishing techniques we can.
We not only 3D Print your part, but for us that is only the beginning. Once the part is printed, we then finish the part to your specifications which include: grinding, sanding, polishing, painting, coating, electroplating, electroforming, and assembly, among other services.
What about all the Rapid-prototyping Houses? Isn't engineering parts what they do?
Indeed they have the design and engineering staff and experience to do what we do, but they charge 2 - 8 times the price! Not only do they have a massive overhead to pay for, they generally work with large companies and start-ups with very deep pockets, so they can charge what ever they want.
We have very low overhead costs and our entire business model is geared toward helping individuals and small businesses repair and create the machines they need and love. We are constantly working to find more efficient and effective ways to create your parts at the lowest possible price while also expanding the types of parts and services we can offer. Remember this is only the beginning of these new technologies and they will only become better and more inexpensive as time goes on.
I look forward to hearing from you and how we can help make your dream-machines a reality!
Sincerely,
