What we can make
The types of custom parts we can make are too numerous to count, but to give you a rough idea the following gives you the basic materials, size complexity and uses that we can accommodate.
Note: Since 3D Printing technologies are improving at an increasingly rapid pace, we will be able to do much more as time goes on! So, remember to check back with us to see what new things we can make for you.

Examples
Here is a short list of examples of customized replacement parts we can create to give you a rough idea of what can be made. However, please note that this list is far from complete, and a complete list is almost impossible since what can be made is virtually limitless.

Part Sizes
The main limitation for the size of parts comes from the size of item each type of printer can create.
In general, for most materials, we can create single printed items provided they can fit in a box no bigger than:
650mm × 350mm × 550mm
or
2.59in x 13.78in x 12.65in
There are ways of creating much larger items, provided they can be printed in sections and then attached together after printing. Since the tolerances and precision of 3D Modeling and printing are quite high, we can make almost seamless joints that can be stronger than the rest of the object.

Uses of our parts
Our parts can be used for most mechanical, structural and decorative needs provided you let us know these needs ahead of time.
NOTE on any parts needed for the interiors of engines, or that require extremely high tolerances:
These parts will need to be machined and tooled by a certified professional after we create, what is essentially, the 'rough cast' part. This should save you time and money since the machinist will only have to refine the shape to the required specifications vs. either having to machine the entire part from scratch, or needing to have the part sculpted and cast at a foundry before going to the machinist to be refined.
